6'4" Camilla Emsbo is ranked #34 overall and 7th in her position.

It’s that time of the year where what happened in the summer results in college scholarship opportunities for High School Senior basketball players.   This year, Colorado has one player in the 2018 ESPN HoopGurlz Top 100 rankings.  Camilla Emsbo, is a 6’4” Forward, who will graduate from Lakewood High School next spring.  She is ranked 34th overall and 7th in her position.  Camilla is presently uncommitted but excited to make a decision soon about where she will be playing basketball after high school graduation.  With over seventy-five offers, her opportunities are abundant.  Schools included on her short list are Yale, Northwestern, and Princeton which speaks to her ability in the classroom.

Camilla has played with Boulder Rockies Basketball since her sophomore year. This summer she played in  Washington D.C., Indianapolis, Chicago, Detroit and Austin against some of the nation’s top players. She has demonstrated her skills before throngs of college coaches that were lined up courtside at every game to evaluate her performance.

Camilla is not the only one in the Emsbo household playing basketball at a high level after graduation, her twin sister, Kira, has already committed to play at Princeton University.
